Much of Marjorie Merriweather Post’s jewelry collection is displayed at Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens in Washington, D.C., her former residence, which she transformed into a museum. The collection includes not just jewelry but also fine art, decorative arts, and Russian imperial artifacts. We collaborated with the Museum to reproduce some of her iconic jewelry.
She had a keen interest in historical pieces, such as Russian imperial jewelry, which she collected during her time in the Soviet Union. One of the most significant parts of her collection was her Fabergé pieces. She owned several pieces created by the House of Fabergé, known for their exquisite craftsmanship and historical significance.
